Today we played some games and learnt the different points of the compass! Can your child create a funny phrase to remember the different points?

Today we were lucky to take part in a cricket session. We learnt some vital skills that we can use to improve our cricket. What was your child’s favourite part? Can they tell you the skills needed?

Why not practice throwing and catching at home!

Today the Jays visited our school library. The children each scanned their own book which they can borrow and read at home alongside their school reading book. Can your child tell you why they chose their book?

Today year 3 revised the notes learnt last week. We then learnt a new note, G. Can you remember which finger we play this note with? Can you draw this note on a stave?

If your child was involved in Shakespeare, DVD’s are now available! Each DVD costs £5 payable by cash to the school office.
